Biography

Given as late of Bristol, merchant of Montego Bay, in the will of his brother Hon. John Perry (q.v.) proved in 1810. LBS has not traced him with certainty but he was possibly the William Perry of Bristol who assigned his assets in Britain, Jamaica, St Kitts and elsewhere to a group of Bristol creditors 'for £14,000 and upwards' in a deed of 17/02/1804. He was possibly the same man as the William Perry who was administrator and receiver of Adelphi and Mammee Bay in St James in 1817.

  1. Mrs Elizabeth Charlotte Perry, ex Bristol, w. William Perry, died Jamaica 26/12/1814.
