Sources

Monumental Inscriptions shows a memorial in Kingston Parish Churchyard to what are most likely the family of James Hunt, including Sophia (d. 1835 aged 73) his wife, and William Augustus Hunt (d. 1852 aged 50) the headmaster of Wolmer's Free School, their last surviving son. The wording of the memorial implies that James Hunt himself survived all his family.
