A Lister Ellis was baptised at West Keighley Yorkshire 09/09/1778, the son of Lister Ellis and Frances, the daughter of William Blakey. The widow of Lister Ellis of Liverpool, Olivia née Garforth of Yorkshire, married George Russell son of Alexander Russell of Aden in 1836.

William Ellis withdrew on 03/12/1804 and Lister Ellis on 03/12/1805.
