Rebecca Ann Weekes certainly had a son named Nathaniel, who was born before his father made his will in 1808. 'Nathaniel P. Weekes' appears in the 1829 and 1832 Slave Register and in the Compensation awards, but his succession to the estate fits with the son Nathaniel of Rebecca Ann and Nathaniel Weekes. |
