This is a tentative identification of the Thomas Hibbert who was living in Bedford Square 1782-1784 with Thomas Hibbert of Chalfont: it is supported however by the 'Annals of T.H.' included in genealogical material on the family from Caribbean Vol. IV carried on Jamaica Family Search.
