Counterclaim from Henry John Glanville, in trust for Thomas King and Wm. King, of New Court, Broad St., London, creditor by judgement and executions. Notice, dated 14/10/1836, from Messrs. Baxendale that this would be the subject of a suit in Chancery on the part of T. and W. King.
