Constable, of Oak House, Battersea, London, as judgement creditor; counterclaim from Richard Smith, of Park Street, in the parish of St Augustaine, Bristol, surgeon, and from Henry Smith, of Prince Street, Bristol, as mortgagees. Counterclaim from Thomas & William King, of New Court, Broad St, London, as judgement creditors. Counterclaim from Charles Court, of the Town of Roseau, as mortgagee.
