T71/880: claim by F.Y. Checkley, owner-in-fee. Counterclaim from Aeneas Barkly, of Lime St, survivor of Henry Davidson in a term of 1000 years for securing £30,000. Balance due of £13707 19s 11d besides 5 years installments. The claim was bitterly contested by Comte de Thiard, including a Notice of Appeal versus the award. Aeneas Barkly died, hence the award was made to Henry Barkly.
