T71/872: claim by Richard James Bucknor, as owner and tenant in tail. Counterclaim by Alexander Grant, as judgement creditor. The award was split: £418 0s 1d went to Alexander Grant; £868 0s 11d went to Richard James Bucknor.  

 

T71/1608: letter, dated 14/02/1840, from Petty Vaughan, implying that Richard James Bucknor is in Jamaica ('my letter went by the packet of 15th January'). Letter from T. R. Bartrum, as agent of Alexander Grant, re. his efforts to retrieve a certificate from George Webster.
