J.R. Ward, 'The Profitability of Sugar Planting in the British West Indies, 1650-1834', Economic History Review, 31 (2) (May, 1978) p. 212: Mesopotamia estate earned £1509 per annum, 1821-31, or 3.4% ROI with 382 enslaved persons.

Times 17/07/1838 p. 8: advertisement for auction by orders of administratrix of the whole of the personal property of the late John Barham, at 26 Queen Ann St., Cavendish Square.

Times 30/07/1842 and 18/12/1842: coverage of the subsequent litigation around the compensation for Mesopotamia and Island estates:  Barham vs Earl of Clarendon (Mrs Barham had remarried and was the Countess of Clarendon). Barham had died intestate and without issue.
