Times 30/07/1842 and 18/12/1842: coverage of the subsequent litigation around the compensation for Mesopotamia and Island estates: Barham vs Earl of Clarendon (Mrs Barham had remarried and was the Countess of Clarendon). Barham had died intestate and without issue.
