T71/869: claim by Jane Wilson, as tenant for life. Counterclaim from a group of infants by Wm. Rothwell, their father and guardian, 'Entitled as remaindermen in fee in expectancy under the will of Henry Hough deceased dated 01/01/1800'.

T71/1607: letter, dated 27/06/1835, from Wm. Rothwell, Liverpool, stating he: 'has [sic] natural guardian of my four children'. Mrs Mary Ohlson (see also St George claim no. 424) is grandmother of the children, and has claimed 'as tennant for life'.

T71/1592 p. 166: letter, dated 29/06/1835, from the Court of Chancery to Wm. Rothwell, Liverpool, notifying him of a claim by Mrs Mary Ahlson, of Port of St George in Jamaica.
