Counterclaims inter alios from Katherine Gray, of St James, as owner-in-fee for 14 enslaved persons; James Cunningham, of Clifton, England, as judgement creditor; Samuel Cunningham, of London, as judgement creditor for £2563 12s 10d, dated February 1804. Katherine Gray was awarded £297 0s 1d; the residue went to Samuel Cunningham.
