Joseph Timperon versus Sarah Virgin and others.

 

T71/860: claim by Wm. Murray, as tenant for life under the will of Samuel Virgin. Counterclaim from Elizabeth Murray (the wife of Wm. Murray, of Grosvenor Street, Grosvenor Sq. - see T71/1188), also as tenant for life. Joseph Timperon was a trustee of the will of Samuel Virgin, dated 10/05/1809, and this award is part of the Chancery suit to administer the estate (Sarah Virgin was Samuel's widow, the mother of Elizabeth Murray, who was in turn the wife of William Murray, of Latium).
