T71/873: claim from S[amuel] F[rancis] Delap, as owner-in-fee. Counterclaim from Wm. Drummond Delap, as 'legatee under the will of Robert Delap (dated 12th October 1781) for £2000'. Counterclaim from Richard Lee, of London, as assignee of mortgage for £20,000 sterling and for second counterclaim as 'termor'. John Hopton Forbes, of Ely Place, waived the claim of S.F. Delap, and admitted the claim of William Drummond Delap. S.F. Delap admitted R. Lee's claim for 51 enslaved persons and the counterclaim of Wm. Drummond Delap for 41 enslaved persons.
