T71/870: claim from T.R. Bartram [sic], of London, as executor of C. Bartram, mortgagee of John and John McIntosh. Counterclaim by Rev. Jones & Rev. Burdon, as executors of Elizabeth Smyth, for arrears of annuity of £1315 6s 0d.  

T71/1608: letter, dated 19/05/1837, from T.R. Bartram, stating that the compensation had been witheld for a runaway, Archy Muir, but that now he is back on the estate, per 01/01/1837 return. Asks: may I have the compensation?
