Jamaica Almanac (1833): Epsom and Content estates registered to P. Jaquet.

Times 16/06/1859 p.11: P. Jaquet, of Jamaica, died in 1834. Reference to a lawsuit concerning a small debt. P. Jaquet's will had mandated the sale of Content estate to settle debts.

T71/1000: Isabella McKay signed her own claim.
