The original counterclaim derived from a claim against William Killick Hewitt [senior], the son-in-law of Thomas Dunkley, and Deborah (his wife). William Killick Hewitt [junior] was an absentee, of Worthing, Sussex. Replication, dated 13/01/1836, by William Killick Hewitt, conceding the counterclaim, which gives William Killick Hewitt's address at Georges St., Portman Sq..
