The background is barely legible in T71/854, but appears to relate to a deed of 20/01/1814 between James Williams [sp?], another Williams and then Vanhouse and Arthur W. Shakespeare, 'conveying the property to Vanhouse and Shakespeare in trust for payment of moneys advanced and [on?] a mortgage'.
