Counterclaims from Barkly/Davidson; a family group of 6 'for portions of £6000 an incumbrance next in privity to 2 annuities of £200 and £300'; and Maria Robertson herself, widow of Jas Robertson for the 2 annuities in lieu of her dower. Note in T71/856 says 'under compromise per letter from Brooke and Cutler'. Brooke and Cutler identified as 'Agents for Henry Davidson and William Davidson withdrawing counterclaims' in T71/856 Entry 569, the continuation of claim no. 28.
