T71/1608: letter dated 19/07/1835 from James Mather stating that Mrs Stiles, legatee under will of William [?] Gibbs, jointly with Mrs Carpenter of 5 Tonbridge Place London, assigned her interest to William Scott of Edinburgh [Scotland] on behalf of her daughter Mrs Mather and herself.

Bernard has counterclaimed on Millenium Hall as executor of John Palmer Montague and 'states himself to be the agent of Mrs Francis Blower Gibbes who appears to be in possession and in whose name the original claim was filed.'
