T71/1608: letter, dated 25/01/1841, from Bridges & Mason, enclosing a letter from Wm. Anderson, of Anderson & Kemble, in Kingston but now in Scotland, stating: 'the money was improperly drawn by Mr C.R. Jackson and received by his Atty Mr Wm Titley or rather by Mr Titley's nominee in London., and the Amount is now in the hands in Mr Titley's hands... I wish to put Mr Kemble in a situation to demand from and if necessary to prosecute Mr Titley at the instance of Mr Jackson as Trustee for this money'.
