T71/857: Juliana Jane Hopkins claimed as owner for life and trustee of heirs of Robert Hopkins. Alex Leslie of Great Britain counterclaimed as judgement creditor for £29 5 9 1/2d. Brown family of St James counterclaimed as mortgagees for £5421 8s 2d sterling.
T71/49 p. 383: Julian [sic] Hopkins registered 51 enslaved persons as trustee for the heirs of Richard Hopkins in 1832.
T71/1184: Alex Leslie, formerly of the island but at present absent therefrom and resident in the UK, counterclaimed against Juliana Jane Hopkins of parish of St Ann gentlewoman as owner for life and trustee to heirs of Richard Hopkins deceased.
