Joseph Sturge and Thomas Harvey, The West Indies in 1837 (London, Hamilton, Adams, & Co., 1838) p. 185: 'a still finer property' than Ellis's Caymanas, belongs to ---- EWING of Glasgow. 'The resident attorney is arbitrary in his ideas of government, and finds ample employment for the Special Magistrate.'
