Adjudged to Taylor Cathcart on  08/02/1836, but a Petition, dated 16/01/1836, of Thos. McNeil, attorney for Taylor Cathcart, asks for the withdrawal of his counterclaim [?].

T71/189 p. 93: James Lawson, as attorney to Taylor Cathcart, filed a return in 1832 showing the sale of 57 enslaved persons to Anthony Whitelock on 02/08/1835.
