T71/1181: counterclaim of T.W. Horlock vs Eliza Goundry formerly Eliza Horlock, for £1000 and £1800 of interest on a bond of 1803. T.W. Horlock died, pursued by Ann Horlock his widow and Chas Smith, but then a settlement reached and the counterclaim withdrawn. Letter from Ann Horlock and Chas Smith specifies Eliza Goundry as late of Great Britain deceased.
May be the same Green Park as shown in Jamaica Almanac (1833) for Thomas W. Horlock, with 95 enslaved persons: only 30 were claimed on Green Park in St Ann claim no. 2 by his widow.
