T71/888: claim by Dominick Trant, of London. Counterclaim by Elizabeth Hill, of Reading, Berkshire, as an annuitant under the will of her brother James Trant, for £1600 (32 years arrears). Counterclaim by Viscount Henry Charles Dillon, of Ditchley, Oxford; Philip Laycock Story, of Tusmore (?) House, Oxfordshire; Henry Trent [= Henry Trant], of Baddesley, Warwickshire; and James Flemming, of (49) Davies St., Berkeley Sq., for a debt of £6000 secured on a mortgage and bonds for £6738 6s 7d .

T71/1261: under James Trant's will of 1801, Frances (the wife of Hon. Col. Henry Dillon) received an annuity of £50 per annum. Dominick Trant bought back the debt owing to D.H. and J.A. Rucker of £6000 and £738 6s 7d in arrears of interest (for £4500). The awardees were trustees of a marriage settlement of Dominick Trant and Caroline Story, dated 16-17/01/1835.
