T71/882: claim by Wm. Liburd, sole executor of Nancy Liburd, owner-in-fee. Counterclaim by Hester Smith, of Brunswick Place, City Road, Middlesex, as assignee of Wm. Roper, who was assignee of Wm. Liburd of the right of the said Wm. Liburd (executor of Nancy Liburd) to receive the compensation money. Counterclaim also from John Pemberton Ross, of St Vincent, as judgement creditor.
