T71/891: claim by Eliz Wightman etc (trustees appointed by Eliz Robertson, daughter and heir of Charles Wightman deceased) and Eliz Robertson. Elizabeth Wightman of 50 North Castle Edinburgh, widow of Charles Wightman, counterclaimed in own right for annuity of £300 arrears of £799, and for jointure £300 p.a. plus £5000 under the will of Charles Wightman. Elizabeth Wightman died, John Mackintosh, Andrew Sievwright and James Renton (her executors) revived the claim in their names.

T71/1610: petiton from Elizabeth Wightman: 'your petitoner is labouring under a pecuniary state of embarrassment from the want of payment.'
