Caribbeana Vol Ii p 287-8: F. McNamara of Trinidad but residing in London conveyed Belle Air to trustees, subject to a mortgage from Ruckers and rent charge of £300 pa to Darca McNamara his wife, to son W.B. Macnamara of Sloan Terrace [date?].
