Scott, 38 Pulteney St, Bath (Somerset): 'The enclosed documents, purporting to be counterclaims in respect of certain slave property in the colonies of Antigua and Tobago, appear to have been forwarded to the Office by you, and I am...directed to return them as not having been drawn up in the form prescribed by the General Rules.'
