Counterclaim also from John Randall Phillips, of Ryde, Isle of Wight (Hampshire), agents Druce & sons, Billiter Square, assignee of Thomas Went a judgement creditor for £4000. Awarded to Daniels nisi: date of J.R. Phillips judgement to be furnished by his solicitor and if posterior [to Daniels 1812 judgment] the Award to be absolute.
