T71/895: John Briggs shown as of the Parish of St Michael. Counterclaim from George Barton Irlam, of England, a merchant and surviving partner of George Irlam and John Higginson. Irlam was the assignee of a judgement and execution, dated 15/11/1834, for £1140 12s 4d.
