T71/881: claim by Alexander Robinson, for himself and his brothers, as legatees. Counterclaim from Elizabeth Metcalfe (widow, relict, administratrix and a devisee of Geo. Metcalfe, of Halton, County of Yorkshire) by D.S. Laidlaw, her attorney, mortgagee of a moiety of the estate etc. according to a deed dated 23/06/1817, for £12564 19s 5d.
Samuel Thompson was the executor and trustee of John Robinson of Dominica, whose will was proved in 1809.
