NB although Robert Seaman of Hounslow held the leasehold of the premises let to Mr Rowntree in 1816, the partner of Thomas Rowntree in 1803 was shown as Robert Seaman jun., who shortly after leaving the firm went bankrupt. It is possible that the earlier partner was also Robert Seaman jun.
