Notes |
Owned by Whitgift Aylmer and bequeathed to his daughter Catherine (with one half to the use of his wife Gertrude during her lifetime). Whitgift died in 1720. The estate appears in the ownership of Catherine's second husband John Bourke, Viscount Mayo, from at least 1741 until his death in 1767, and thereafter in the ownership of Catherine's third husband Edmond Jordan. Jordan died in 1804 and bequeathed the estate to his friend Samuel Queneborough. |
