An estate in Grenada in the quartier des Sauteurs and the parish of St. Patrick, identified as lot 1 in Daniel Paterson's Topographical Description of the Island of Grenada (1780) and as Estate 1 in Gavin Smith's Plan of the Island of Grenada (1801). Identified in 1824 as Mount William. Between the maps of 1780 and 1801 the estate increased in size, taking land from neighbouring Mount Alexander.
