What is this?

1829
[Name] [previously part of Lamb's River]

In the possession of William Wiggan Ball as owner. Purchased out of the Court of Chancery by Thomas James Burnard and Theodora his wife and conveyed by them to me by an order of said Court in right of my legacy. Also registered last return by the Honble Richard Burnett as receiver to Lambs River Plantation in the parish of Westmoreland.

See separate entry for Lamb's River, which appears to have been divided up at some point between 1829 and 1832, part of it forming the new estate of Chancellor's Hall.
