Return of slaves attached to Plantation Philadelphia situate on the River Canje the property of R.C. Downer and W. Fraser. This return made by Wm Fraser 31/12/1817.

NB it is not yet established to which Philadelphia in the British Guiana compensation records this estate corresponds, but probably to British Guiana claim no. 323, the linkage being Eliza Munro, a legatee of William Fraser of Goldstone Hall .
