'Friendsfield or Belvidere' was originally granted under Barbados Bay (i.e. St George) nos. 3 & 4 (300 and 200 acres respectively) to Henry Fisher 20/05/1765; by 1773 the Present Proprietor for Lot no.3 was 'late M. Martindale' and for Lot no. 4 H. Fisher and J. Luke; 'Present Possessor [c. 1867] Heirs of Kitson.' In 1832 the Owner was J. Glanville; the estate was still in cultivation in 1832.
