Indenture made 22/01/1777 between (1) Harry Webb and Nathaniel Webb and his wife Elizabeth (2) John Halliday whereby Halliday bought the two moieties held by the Webbs as tenants-in-common in 'a plantation called Rockhill otherwise Lucas's in Antigua' for £13,000.
