Charles Shephard showed Bostock Park to have been formed from Lots Nos. 3, 4 and 5 (51, 91 and 59 acres, the first two originally purchased by 'Millingtons' and the third by Hunt), Lots Nos. 12 and 13 (22 and 20 acres, purchased by Hamilton and Laudaux respectively), Lots Nos. 20, 21 and 22 (57, 64 and 63 acres, purchased by 'Ottley and Abel') and Lots Nos. 29, 30 and 31 (42, 62 and 49 acres, purchased by Porter, Jameson and Sharpe respectively). |

[Size] 610 Charles Shephard showed Bostock Park to have been formed from Lots Nos. 3, 4 and 5 (51, 91 and 59 acres, the first two originally purchased by 'Millingtons' and the third by Hunt), Lots Nos. 12 and 13 (22 and 20 acres, purchased by Hamilton and Laudaux respectively), Lots Nos. 20, 21 and 22 (57, 64 and 63 acres, purchased by 'Ottley and Abel') and Lots Nos. 29, 30 and 31 (42, 62 and 49 acres, purchased by Porter, Jameson and Sharpe respectively), and from lots leased by French settlers totalling a further 30 acres and an unknown part of another lot of 76 acres divided among three estates. It is not known over what period these holdings were consolidated into a single estate.
