[Size] 1000 Courland Bay division (St David parish) Lot no. 19 (400 acres) was granted 19/03/1767 to Thomas and James Lucas; together with Barbados Bay division (St George parish) Lot no. 27 (200 acres, also granted to James and Thos. Lucas 19/03/1767) and Barbados Bay division (St George parish) Lot no. 23 (400 acres, granted to John Evans 19/03/1767), the Lot came to form 'Nutmeg Grove now [c. 1867] Alma'.
