Robert Bishop, late of Philadelphia, but by 1736 in Barbados, and his wife Margaret Bishop, née Hothersall, sold 2 plantations in St. Andrew to Thomas Harrison. The Bishops owed Harrison £10,000. ‘The value of estates in the Island being of late much fallen’ they then sold the 2 plantations to Harrison for £11,400: (1) Scotia; (2) 59 enslaved people and 129 acres in St Andrew.

Under his Will, the Hon. Thomas Harrison bequeathed all real estate to his son, John Harrison.

According to Hughes-Queree, under his Will, the Hon. John Harrison bequeathed the plantation to his sister Mary Walke, wife of Thomas Walke of St. Thomas. In turn, Thomas Walke bequeathed the plantation to his son Harrison Walke. In fact in the will of Hon. John Harrison, he bequeathed (1) 9 acres to Harrison Walke; (2) an estate called The River to his nephew Thomas Mienville; and (3) two estates called Ashton Hall and Stroud [?] to Thomas Harper Harrison and then to Harrison Walke.

Under his Will Harrison Walke bequeathed the plantation to his brother Thomas Walke.

Under his Will Thomas Walke bequeathed Over Hill to his great nephew, Harrison Walke Sober, son of his niece Jennet Sober (née Walke) and her husband Sampson Wood Sober. [It is not clear when Harrison Walke Sober actually became the owner.]
