Notes

The Collins or Collyns estate was in St. Peter & St. Lucy. Owned by the Collins family from 1674. In 1680 it was 50 acres in St Lucy and 12 acres in St Peter. The Hinds family acquired the estate by 1743 and retained ownership until 1871. William Hinds appears to have been the owner from 1794 to 1842; his son, the Hon. Samuel Hinds owned it until his death in 1848; 'Mrs Hinds' owned it until 1871.
