Notes |
Although William Hinds owned the Spring Hall estate in Barbados, St Lucy, there is no record of a Spring Garden estate in the compensation records. However, it is named in the 1832 Barbados Slave Register. It was also included in a list of plantations in 1913 found in the Barbados Public Library. It is possible that this relates to the claim Barbados 4307 (160 Enslaved) or Barbados 4766 (116 Enslaved). |
