John Quarless made a return immediately afterwards [T71/442 pp. 609-610] showing 26 enslaved people attached to Plegt Anker at the last registration, of whom he had since sold 23 to Isaac Farley and 2 to J.H. McKenzie, leaving him with 2 after the birth of Eliza, daughter of Accoba.
