Notes

Berbice - the Graunbunderland estate was renamed L'Enterprise in 1822. The estate shown as L'Enterprise had by Donald Charles Cameron and John Cameron in 1831-1834 appears to have been distinct but might have been the same unit. The enslaved people sold by Nikolay and van Holst in 1831 to Barnsted & Mittleholzer might be the same as the people shown for 'Everton' in the compensation records.
