Henry Edward Walcott bought 43 enslaved people from the estate of the late Mrs Sarah Archer at some point between 1826 and 1829 but it's not clear if this included a sale of land as well. Walcott was registered as owner of Brae estate in Hanover from at least 1827 (possibly from 1825).
