By virtue of a sentence of the Honourable the Supreme Court of Civil Justice for the counties of Demerary and Essequebo, in the colony of British Guiana, bearing date the 23d day of December 1839, at the instance of John Law, an-inhabitant of the county of Demerary, in quality of attorney of Thomas Daniel and John Daniel, of Bristol, Merchants 'and Copartners, carrying on business under the name or style of Thomas Daniel and Sons, plaintiff, versus Humphrey Teston [sic], of Fairborough, in the county of Warwick, and Caroline, his wife (which said Caroline was the widow and relict of Charles Van Baerle), representative of the estate (boedel) of Charles Van Baerle aforesaid, some time of Demerary, now deceased, by their attorney, John E. Austin, defendants; and, in pursuance of an order of his Honour Jeffery Hart Bent, Chief Justice of British Guiana, dated the 3d of March 1840, will expose for sale, at public auction, in the month of April 1841; The sugar plantation New Bee-hive, comprising the land, buildings, machinery, cultivation, and further appurtenances .situate on the east sea coast of the county of Demerary, in the colony of British Guiana aforesaid.
