Sir Archibald Paull Burt (1810-1879), the son of George Henry Burt of St Christopher, and who became first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, must be the namesake of Archibald Paull, who was mortgagee on G. H. Burt's estates by the 1830s [St Kitts 717 & 719].
